A great find on Epicurious. Always in search of menu ideas, I was pleased to find this weekly menu planning page on Epicurious. Listed by date, there are weekly menus that are targeted to the season . The recipes look interesting...some perhaps a little too interesting for a family with kids but in any event always fun to try new ideas and menu plans. I so often run out of ideas for my crew. It is always a hit at my house to have a sandwich dinner. Easy and quick to prepare, the panini maker adds flair and interest to a boring sandwich.
