Enjoy visiting these interesting and varied blogs and thanks for reading the Backcounter Buffet. I am back to work on Monday and will get my menu planning back on track. I made the requisite trip to the warehouse store today and have stocked up for the next few weeks. The staycation was fruitful and we return to the daily grind a little cleaner, a little less cluttered and a lot more organized if not totally rested...ha there is always time for rest on the other side.......
